VOLUNTEER
Court Monitor

Become a Guardian of Justice: Volunteer as a Court Monitor

Justice cannot thrive in the shadows. Across Ireland, life-altering decisions are being made in our courtrooms, often without the public oversight necessary to ensure fairness. This is where you can make a profound difference.

We are building a nationwide network of Court Monitors, dedicated volunteers who will act as the eyes and ears of our campaign in local Circuit Courts and the High Court. Your role is simple but vital: to be a silent, independent observer, to witness proceedings, and to help us document whether the law is being applied correctly such as lay litigants being birated, shouted at, ignored, not listened to, being overtalked by the oppositionand judges etc, affidavits not being read out, barristers leading the court is soemthing we wish to keep an eye on also.

You do not need any legal experience, only a commitment to transparency and a belief in justice. By simply being present, you send a powerful message that the system is being watched. The evidence you help gather will form a critical part of our submission to the European Parliament, turning individual stories into an undeniable record of systemic failure.

Your community needs you. Join our Court Monitoring Initiative today and help us bring accountability back into the courtroom. Your presence is your power. Please sign up to volunteer.
